The Engagement Director for an Insurance client is the strategic and operational owner of the engagement—responsible for P&L management, delivery excellence, modernization leadership, and account growth within the Insurance value chain (Life, Health, P&C, Specialty, or Reinsurance). The role demands strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration systems, claims processes, regulatory mandates, and customer experience priorities unique to the industry.
