Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong delivery and technical background to lead complex, multi-stream programs. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and proactive identification of growth opportunities while ensuring operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across global stakeholders
  • Drive program execution with high accountability, working independently with minimal supervision
  • Oversee and institutionalize Agile delivery practices, ensuring effective sprint planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with account leadership to identify growth opportunities, contribute to RFPs and solutioning efforts, including estimation, approach definition, and delivery strategy
  • Drive AI adoption across the team by leveraging client ecosystem tools and institutionalizing agent-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with proven delivery track record
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in global/matrixed environments
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience working across multiple delivery/revenue models (T&M, FPP, Managed services etc)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Exposure to RFP solutioning and proposal development
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience (any modern tech stack)
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle, architecture fundamentals and application of AI

Good to have previous experience in the Insurance domain.

Other Requirements

1.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMIACP) are preferred.
