Job Summary

Program Manager – Supply Chain to lead large-scale digital transformation programs, with a strong focus on migration from Blue Yonder to o9 platform. The role involves owning end-to-end delivery of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

"Program Leadership & Delivery
•    Lead end-to-end transformation programs including Blue Yonder → o9 migration initiatives
•    Define and execute program roadmap, delivery strategy, and governance model
•    Drive multi-track execution across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and IBP workstreams
•    Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks
Transformation & Solution Oversight
•    Oversee implementation of o9 platform solutions including: 
o    Demand Planning (Forecasting, Demand Netting)
o    Supply Planning (Solver-based planning, SCS)
o    Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
•    Ensure alignment of business processes, data models, and technical architecture
•    Guide teams in designing scalable solution building blocks and frameworks"

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, particularly scrum and kanban.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate cross functional teams towards achieving program objectives.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.
6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex organizational structures.
7. Proven track record of successfully managing programs from initiation to closure.

Other Requirements

"Domain Expertise
•    Deep understanding of: 
o    Demand Planning
o    Supply Planning
o    S&OP / IBP processes
•    Strong knowledge of planning workflows, data models, and solver-based planning
Transformation Expertise
•    Experience in platform migration programs (BY → o9 preferred)
•    Understanding of process harmonization, data migration, and system integration
•    Exposure to AI/ML-driven planning and advanced analytics is a plus
Leadership Skills
•    Strong program governance and delivery management capabilities
•    Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
•    Ability to lead global teams and manage complex delivery ecosystems
•    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
