Job Summary

HCLTech is seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Senior Program Manager / Delivery Head to lead and govern large-scale IT Programs, Application Managed Services (AMS), and IT Operations for strategic customers in the Manufacturing domain, particularly within Door Systems, Buffer Systems, and Electrical Engineering industries.

The role requires an experienced leader who can independently manage end-to-end delivery across multiple IT projects and AMS engagements while providing strong technical, operational, and strategic leadership. The candidate will act as the single point of accountability for project execution, AMS service delivery, operational excellence, compliance adherence, security governance, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement.

The individual will also mentor and guide technical teams, support project initiation and solution validation activities, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT programs and projects from initiation through closure. Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives. Skill Requirements

  • 20+ years of overall IT industry experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Program Management and IT Delivery Leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing both IT Projects and AMS engagements simultaneously.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise application support and operations teams.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Door Systems, Buffer Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related industrial sectors.
  • Experience in digital transformation, ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and enterprise application ecosystems is highly desirable.
