Job Summary

Seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a strategic Warehouse Management and Retail Integration program. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery across multiple product pods, effective management of cross-functional dependencies, and seamless integration among warehouse management solutions, SAP platforms, enterprise data domains, and downstream retail systems.

The successful candidate will combine strong program leadership with deep knowledge of SAP supply chain landscapes, data integration, and retail operations, and will operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Warehouse Management and Retail Integration program, ensuring alignment with agreed business outcomes, scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Manage and enable multiple Agile product pods, aligning priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive integration between warehouse management solutions and downstream retail applications, including inventory, replenishment, merchandising, store operations, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate execution across business, technology, architecture, SAP, data, engineering, and integration teams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, integrated delivery plans, RAID management, executive reporting, decision forums, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage dependencies across SAP and non-SAP applications, integration platforms, APIs, event-driven services, and enterprise data flows.
• Ensure business readiness, deployment planning, cutover coordination, operational acceptance, and transition to support.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, and target architecture.

Skill Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, particularly supply chain, warehouse, inventory, retail, and integration domains.
• Demonstrated experience delivering warehouse management programs in retail, grocery, consumer goods, or distribution environments.
• Proven delivery experience in complex integration programs involving SAP, middleware, APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehouse operations, inventory management, store replenishment, distribution, and order fulfilment.
• Experience managing multiple Agile product teams or pods within a large-scale delivery program.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, governance, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
