Job Summary

This role supports a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) overseeing large scale data center operations. The Program Manager acts as the execution engine of the program; turning direction into action, maintaining structure, and ensuring visibility, accountability and closure. 

Key Responsibilities

 

Translate SDM direction into execution plans with owners and due dates

Own governance cadence, agendas, decisions, and action tracking

Produce concise leadership-ready summaries (what changed, what is at risk, decisions needed)

Own and maintain program trackers and data hygiene

Proactively surface risks, exceptions and escalation needs

Coordinate across FieldOps, NetOps, ENSD without assumptions

Skill Requirements

Strong organization and follow-through

Clear, direct executive communication

Comfort driving accountability and escalation

Ability to operate calmly in ambiguity

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
