Job Summary

'- Programme Leadership - Act as a single point of contact from customer for successful delivery of SAP Programmes (Greenfield or Brownfield)- Ability to manage cross functional and technical teams across SAP Functional and Technical landscape- Excellent Planning and Management skills- Manage Commercials of the programme and ensure on time and quality deliverables-12+ Years of demonstrated experience'- Should be german speaking- Programme Management for SAP S/4 HANA  programmes- Ability to manage complex delivery models- Atleast 1 Implementation must be in Auto/Manufacturing domain- Delivery management experience - Handling senior stakeholders on client side and Internal stakeholders- Should have working knowledge of RISE Activate methodology 

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure value creation in the engagement
2. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
3. To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
5. To lead| manage| develop and engage the team
6. To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
