Role Summary
The Onsite ALM Business Analyst (Codebeamer) acts as the primary interface between business users and the ALM technical team. The role focuses on process understanding, requirement elicitation, functional configuration, and user enablement on the Codebeamer platform.
This is a highly customer‑facing role, requiring strong functional knowledge of ALM processes and hands‑on Codebeamer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Elicitation
Conduct workshops with business and engineering teams to understand ALM processes and pain points.
Capture, analyze, and document business requirements for ALM workflows and reporting.

Codebeamer Functional Configuration
Configure trackers, workflows, fields, permissions, and traceability links in Codebeamer.
Support functional setup for requirements management, test management, and change management.
Validate configurations with users and support UAT.
Onsite User Support & Enablement
Act as onsite SPOC for Codebeamer users.
Support day‑to‑day user queries, functional issues, and data corrections.
Conduct user trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.

Coordination & Governance
Coordinate with offshore ALM architects and developers for enhancements and fixes.
Support defect triage, prioritization, and release planning.
Assist in ALM governance reporting and dashboards.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with PTC Codebeamer ALM
Excellent understanding of Requirements, Test, and Change Management
Experience conducting customer workshops and UAT
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in onsite–offshore delivery model
Good to Have
Exposure to ASPICE / ISO / Functional Safety processes
Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing domain

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
