Job Summary
Delivery Management
- End-to-end delivery oversight across multiple workstreams within the Domino Squad
- Own squad-level delivery timelines, dashboards, and Confluence documentation
- Coordinate resource allocation with delivery partners – managing FTE allocation, performance, and onboarding
- Drive Go-Live planning and war room coordination for production cutovers
Agile Ceremonies & Sprint Operations
- Serve as Scrum Master for the Domino Squad (team of 18)
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Manage the Jira board and backlog prioritisation in collaboration with the Technical Lead
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, and quality metrics
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across AWS, delivery partners, and the customer (Allianz)
- Interface with the customer's programme leadership, technical leads, and business SMEs
- Collaborate with other Squad EMs, programme governance leads, and the Program Director
Reporting & Governance
- Produce weekly status reports (PPTX) and programme-level updates
- Update tracking tools and programme dashboards (Francessa)
- Attend and contribute to Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Squad Lead check-ins, and EM weekly connects
- Present progress and risks to programme governance forums
Risk, Issue & Escalation Management
- Proactively identify risks and issues; document and track through to resolution
- Own the RAID log for the Domino Squad
- Escalate critical blockers to programme leadership with clear impact and mitigation options
- Coordinate incident management as required
Go-Live & Cutover Coordination
- Plan and execute production cutover events in coordination with technical leads and the customer
- Manage change freeze windows and sequencing across workstreams
- Coordinate UAT, PIV, and hypercare activities with the broader programme testing team
