Job Summary

Strategic Thinking: Aligning multiple projects with the company's long-term business goals and overall vision.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging and balancing the expectations of senior leaders, clients, and project teams.
Leadership: Directing, motivating, and guiding diverse cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and reducing potential threats or roadblocks across the program.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Allocating funds, controlling costs, and distributing equipment or staff efficiently.
Dependency Management: Tracking and coordinating how individual projects within the program rely on one another.
Communication: Delivering clear, executive-ready updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Addressing unexpected challenges and resolving team or process disputes swiftly.
Change Management: Guiding the organization through transitions and measuring ongoing performance.
Methodology Expertise: Applying recognized frameworks and standards, such as PMP, Agile, or PMI guideline
