Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager  (Draft)Experienced Engineering Program Manager with strong expertise in leading engineering deployment and installation projects.Proven experience in coordinating device installation, commissioning, and field deployment activities.Manage procurement activities and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials.Drive effective stakeholder coordination across customers, engineering teams, operations, and leadership.Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.Lead escalation management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.Ability to understand and interpret engineering requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with customer-facing experience.Willingness to travel extensively to customer and deployment sites as required.Good to have knowledge of cameras, vision systems, lighting systems, connectivity, sensors, and related engineering hardware.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
