Job Summary

We are seeking an 15+ years of experienced in SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, upgrades, Central Finance (CFIN), SAP BTP, and cloud transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful business outcomes across multiple SAP workstreams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive SAP program management experience, and a proven track record of managing global teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs involving multiple SAP modules and integrated systems.
  • Manage large SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support engagements.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives from planning through hypercare support.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Define program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, and steering committee presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Manage multiple project managers, workstream leads, and delivery teams.
  • Oversee resource planning, onboarding, utilization, and capacity management.
  • Monitor program schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
  • Own program budgets, forecasts, revenue tracking, and profitability.
  • Manage project financials, contractual commitments, and change requests.
  • Track effort consumption and optimize delivery costs.
  • Support commercial discussions and account growth opportunities.
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish quality assurance frameworks and governance controls.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
  • Manage SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation programs.
  • Drive SAP BTP integration and innovation initiatives.
  • Support cloud migration programs involving SAP RISE and hyperscaler platforms.
  • Coordinate with SAP, third-party vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Manage subcontractors and external consulting teams.
  • Ensure partner deliverables meet contractual and quality expectations.

Skill Requirements

Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in SAP Program Management.
  • Proven experience managing large SAP programs ($5M+ budgets preferred).
  • Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
