Job Summary

E4.1 – IT Strategy, M&A, TSA & Program Management Consultant to manage new program

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT Strategy, M&A Integration & Separation, TSA planning, governance, execution, and large-scale business and technology transformation programs across global clients. 

Must have worked atleast 3-4 engagements 

Drive program governance, PMO setup, integrated planning, executive reporting, stakeholder management, RAID management, and cross-functional workstream leadership. 

Lead IT due diligence, current-state assessments, dependency analysis, Day-1 readiness planning, TSA management, and integration/separation roadmap development. 

Manage end-to-end execution across applications, infrastructure, data, security, and business workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives. 

Partner with business and technology leadership to define target-state operating models, manage risks and dependencies, support executive decision-making, and drive value realization. 

MBA is must have
