Job Summary

Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent reporting workstreams and priorities.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action trackers.Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, and escalation points, and support timely resolution.Coordinate activities across Sustainability, Finance, Legal, IT, and other internal and external partners.Drive follow-through across stakeholders and ensure key deliverables remain on schedule.Manage and maintain reporting-related documentation, file structures, meeting materials, and supporting records to ensure organization, version control, and accessibility.Organize and maintain centralized repositories for project documentation, stakeholder materials, and evidence files.Support development and continuous improvement of reporting processes and operating procedures.Prepare executive-ready trackers, project summaries, and status updates.Facilitate project status meetings and follow up activities. Operate independently with limited day-to-day direction while managing competing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
