Job Summary
SAP Delivery Manager
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Celonis-to-SAP Signavio migration program, ensuring timely execution, governance compliance, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful realization of business objectives across all migration waves
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall program planning, execution, and governance.
- Coordinate migration waves covering discovery, build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the engagement.
- Lead customer governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Align architects, consultants, developers, testing teams, and business stakeholders to delivery objectives.
- Ensure successful KPI validation, business sign-off, and production readiness.
- Manage change requests, resource planning, and financial tracking for the program.
