Job Summary

The Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves leading project teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation within the organization. The Project Lead will act as a Scrum Master, driving the Agile practices and assisting with change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies
2. Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
6. Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices
8. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean
2. Strong project management skills with experience in change management
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
4. Certified scrum master (csm) or other relevant agile certifications
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
7. Experience in software development and it projects
8. Knowledge of relevant tools such as jira, trello, or asana

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
