Job Summary

Experienced Agile Scrum Master with SAP ABAP Technical expertise, responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams and driving successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Combines strong Scrum facilitation, Agile delivery management, and SAP technical knowledge to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, supporting Product Owners in backlog management, and facilitating the delivery of complex SAP initiatives. Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles, Lean-Agile practices, and enterprise-scale delivery frameworks will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, SAFe events, and Agile delivery practices to ensure effective team execution and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, story readiness, sprint planning, and delivery planning activities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and action items while coordinating delivery across business, functional, technical, and support teams.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, predictability, sprint commitments, release progress, and overall delivery health using Agile metrics and reporting.
• Support SAP delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, hyper care, and production support activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide transparency on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes to drive informed decision-making.

Skill Requirements

• Experience serving as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams supporting SAP or enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Agile delivery best practices.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred; knowledge of SAFe Agile practices and PI Planning is a strong advantage.
• Prior SAP ABAP development or SAP technical consulting experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery reporting.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ABAP developments and delivery lifecycles, release management, and production support processes.

• Prepare and maintain Sprint and PI planning artifacts, action trackers, dependency logs, and backlog readiness assessments to support effective Agile delivery.
• Produce Agile delivery dashboards, delivery health reports, sprint execution summaries, and metrics covering velocity, predictability, capacity, and team performance.
• Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and impediment management documentation, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and resolution.
• Develop capacity planning reports, team utilization analyses, and forecast outputs to support delivery planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate release readiness activities, deployment planning, status communications, and stakeholder updates to ensure smooth releases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Agile maturity assessments, retrospective outcomes, and action plans that enhance team effectiveness and delivery performance.
• RICEFW developments including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow integrations.
