| We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting custom ABAP solutions for SAP HR modules. | ||||||||||||||||||
| **Key Responsibilities:** | ||||||||||||||||||
| - Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to support SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (USA), Time Management, and Benefits. | ||||||||||||||||||
| - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. | ||||||||||||||||||
| - Design and implement solutions to address complex HR business challenges and enhance system performance and usability. | ||||||||||||||||||
| - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments. | ||||||||||||||||||
| - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. | ||||||||||||||||||
