**Position Overview:**      
     
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting custom ABAP solutions for SAP HR modules.                                    
**Key Responsibilities:**      
     
- Develop and customize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to support SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (USA),      Time Management, and Benefits.                                    
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.  
- Design and implement solutions to address complex HR business challenges and enhance system performance and usability.                            
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments.                            
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.                            
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP HR developments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
