Job Summary

Experience: 10+ years

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to govern execution of technology hygiene programs across multiple applications. This role focuses on delivery governance, risk management, and compliance oversight, ensuring upgrade and security initiatives are executed in line with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern execution of tech hygiene and upgrade initiatives
  • Track security, upgrade, and compliance KPIs
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate across engineering, infra, security, and QA teams
  • Ensure hygiene and upgrade commitments are delivered as planned

Ownership

  • Individual Contributor for delivery governance and execution oversight

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
  • Structured decision‑making and prioritization
  • Risk management and escalation handling
  • Ability to balance technical depth with delivery focus

Skill Requirements

Java Technical Management Experience; should work from customer captive for 3 days/week and should overlap with US hours
