Job Summary

Experienced Unix & Java Project Lead with 9+ years of expertise in enterprise application development, Unix/Linux environments, Java Spring Boot microservices, system integration, production support, team leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Unix & Java Project Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Java technologies, Unix/Linux environments, system integration, team leadership, and client stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Java developers and Unix engineers across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and review scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
  • Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and support teams.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues in Unix/Linux environments and provide root cause analysis.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize system efficiency.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Mentor team members and conduct technical interviews.
  • Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture, and project status reports.
