Key Responsibilities
2. Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
4. Conduct project reviews and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
6. Provide guidance and coaching to project teams on project management best practices.
7. Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project dependencies.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pmo to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Skill Requirements
2. Excellent leadership and team management abilities to lead and develop a team of project managers.
3. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
