Job Description : Job Summary\\\\r\\\\nWe are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Jira environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, integrations, and automation while ensuring the platform supports business and engineering teams effectively.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian tools. \\\\r\\\\n• Configure and manage projects, workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, and permission schemes. \\\\r\\\\n• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, filters, and Agile boards. \\\\r\\\\n• Implement and manage Jira automation rules to improve operational efficiency. \\\\r\\\\n• Support users by troubleshooting Jira-related issues and providing technical guidance. \\\\r\\\\n• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access controls. \\\\r\\\\n• Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, and platform maintenance activities. \\\\r\\\\n• Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and third-party applications. \\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with development, project management, DevOps, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. \\\\r\\\\n• Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials. \\\\r\\\\n• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to governance and security standards. \\\\r\\\\n• Support data migration, backup, and restoration activities when required. \\\\r\\\\nRequired Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. \\\\r\\\\n• 3 + years of experience administering Jira in enterprise environments. \\\\r\\\\n• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations. \\\\r\\\\n• Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management. \\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. \\\\r\\\\n• Experience with Jira automation and marketplace applications. \\\\r\\\\n• Understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts. \\\\r\\\\n• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. \\\\r\\\\nPreferred Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. \\\\r\\\\n• Atlassian certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP). \\\\r\\\\n• Experience with scripting tools (Groovy, ScriptRunner, PowerShell, Python). \\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of cloud migration and Atlassian Cloud administration. \\\\r\\\\n• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Jira environments. \\\\r\\\\nTechnical Skills\\\\r\\\\n• Jira Administration (Cloud/Data Center)\\\\r\\\\n• Advanced JQL\\\\r\\\\n• Workflow Configuration & Optimization\\\\r\\\\n• Jira Automation\\\\r\\\\n• ScriptRunner\\\\r\\\\n• REST API Integrations\\\\r\\\\n• User & Permission Management\\\\r\\\\n• Dashboard & Report Development\\\\r\\\\n• Agile/Scrum/Kanban Configuration\\\\r\\\\n• Confluence Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Marketplace App Management\\\\r\\\\n• Data Migration & Platform Governance\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization\\\\r\\\\nKey Competencies\\\\r\\\\n• Analytical thinking \\\\r\\\\n• Problem-solving \\\\r\\\\n• Stakeholder management \\\\r\\\\n• Process improvement \\\\r\\\\n• Documentation skills \\\\r\\\\n• Communicat

1. To effectively manage cross functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, plan/ lead project deliverables
2. To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer
3. To ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms
4. To ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to Global Project Management framework and methodology compliance
5. To analyze and submit P&L reports of the project to the customer
