Job Description: Taiwan - Production Operations & Supply Chain Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, logistics, and financial reconciliation for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be the critical link between our external Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) partners, hardware vendors, logistics providers, and internal finance teams. The ideal candidate thrives in data reconciliation, possesses strong troubleshooting skills, and ensures seamless operational continuity. Key Responsibilities PO Placement & Invoice Management (OSAT & Hardware) Initiate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for OSAT services, hardware procurement, and operational collaterals. Conduct rigorous scrutiny of vendor invoices against POs, contracts, and actual deliverables. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing mismatches, and invoicing issues with vendors. Financial & Payment Facilitation Streamline the end-to-end payment process by collaborating closely with the internal Accounts Payable and Finance teams. Ensure timely payment processing to maintain strong vendor relationships and prevent production delays. Logistics & Shipment Reconciliation Oversee day-to-day logistics management, coordinating with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Perform detailed shipment reconciliation, verifying that quantities shipped match quantities received and logged in the system. Asset Monitoring & Management Track and manage company assets (e.g., tooling, test hardware, components) stationed at various vendor and OSAT sites. Maintain accurate asset registers and conduct periodic audits to prevent loss or downtime. Production Data Reconciliation & Analysis Collect, reconcile, and analyze production data across the manufacturing pipeline to ensure data integrity. Identify yield trends, shipment anomalies, or process bottlenecks through data analysis and report insights to management. Required Qualifications & Skills Requirement Description Experience 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, production control, or manufacturing finance (Semiconductor/Hardware industry preferred). Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation). Analytical Ability Strong aptitude for numbers, data analysis, and identifying discrepa
