Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (ADM) to lead and deliver regulatory, ERP, transformation, cybersecurity, and IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle. The role requires strong expertise in project governance, planning, execution, risk management, and progress tracking, ensuring successful delivery aligned with industry standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in change and transformation management, including process optimization, resource re-engineering, and driving organizational improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, through transparent communication and effective relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver regulatory, ERP, transformation, cybersecurity, and IT projects through the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, status reports, and project tracking mechanisms to ensure effective project control and transparency.Drive change management and transformation initiatives, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to optimize resources, systems, and business operations.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation strategies.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executive management, to provide project updates, align expectations, and secure decision-making support.Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.Apply and promote project management best practices using Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies based on project requirements.Coordinate project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder presentations.Monitor project performance through defined KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying areas requiring corrective action.Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as MS365, SharePoint, Miro, Monday.com, and ServiceNow to support project delivery and reporting.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and client governance processes.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.Build strong working relationships with business users, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members while fostering a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience managing IT, ERP, Regulatory, Transformation, or Cybersecurity projects
  • Strong stakeholder management up to Executive/C-suite level
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong change and transformation management background
