Job Summary
- Manage and operate Tenable Vulnerability Management platform, ensuring best practices are used and RBA policies are followed
- Configuring scans, scan policies, and reporting. This includes diagnosing and resolving scan failures.
- Review scan results and validate findings
- Create, manage, and test custom compliance audit files in Tenable Vulnerability management across many operating systems
- Engage with stakeholders to lead vulnerability remediation. This may include creating remediation tickets for teams to action.
- Assess and prioritise vulnerabilities and/or misconfigurations based on risk to the organisation, and lead expedited remediation efforts when needed
- Create vulnerability reports and metrics, then socialise to relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Assist with continuous improvement tasks such as implementing new tools or features, updating documentation, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Additional context about the role: In response to the threat of Frontier AI, the RBA is looking to augment its Vulnerability Management capability in the short term. Additional resource will be supporting the BAU team with KTLO and continuous improvement.
