Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Program Planning & Execution Lead and coordinate large Agile programs across multiple teams. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions. Define program objectives, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure alignment between strategic goals and execution plans. Track progress against PI objectives and business outcomes. 2. Agile Release Train (ART) Coordination Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. Manage cross-team dependencies and risks. Support synchronization across Agile teams. Ensure smooth execution of ART ceremonies. 3. Stakeholder Management Engage with business leaders, executives, customers, and technology teams. Communicate program status, risks, achievements, and upcoming milestones. Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively. 4. Risk & Dependency Management Identify program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Maintain RAID logs. Drive mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical blockers when required. 5. Governance & Reporting Establish program governance frameworks. Create executive dashboards and status reports. Monitor budget, resources, schedules, and program health. Provide visibility into KPI and OKR progress. 6. Financial & Resource Management Plan and manage program budgets. Forecast resource requirements. Optimize capacity allocation across teams. Track program spending and benefits realization. 7. Agile Transformation & Coaching Promote SAFe principles and Agile best practices. Coach teams and stakeholders on Lean-Agile mindset. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support Agile maturity assessments. 8. Value Delivery Management Focus on delivering business value rather than just project milestones. Ensure prioritization aligns with business objectives. Measure outcomes using KPIs and customer feedback. Monitor value streams and flow metrics. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
3. Implement agile methodology to drive project execution and delivery.
4. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
6. Manage project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
7. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project objectives.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
10. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and objectives.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in program management principles and practices.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience in agile methodology and its application in project management.
3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
