Job Summary

We're seeking experienced project managers to join our Infrastructure Foundations organization to coordinate and execute critical keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) initiatives, AWS-to-DC migrations, platform upgrades, and federal compliance change management. You'll drive execution-level coordination across multiple engineering teams while managing dependencies, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical operational work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you'll own execution-level coordination of our most critical operational initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering successful, on-time execution while maintaining operational excellence and strategic alignment.

 

  • Coordinate and execute KTLO initiatives across Infrastructure Foundations
  • Plan and manage AWS-to-DC migrations for cost optimization and infrastructure modernization
  • Coordinate platform upgrades requiring execution across multiple engineering teams
  • Create and manage Jira tickets for tracking all work and dependencies
  • Develop detailed execution runbooks, validation frameworks, and rollback procedures
  • Manage federal Significant Change Request (SCR) process and compliance documentation
  • Provide executive progress reporting and metrics tracking
  • Lead cross-functional coordination sessions and dependency mapping
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively across all initiatives
  • Ensure quality documentation and knowledge transfer

Skill Requirements

Your background should demonstrate strong expertise in infrastructure operations, project management, and cross-organizational coordination. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI), Kubernetes, infrastructure migrations, and federal compliance processes is essential. Deep understanding of KTLO operations, platform upgrade execution, cost optimization, and change management is required for success in this role.

  • project management experience in infrastructure, operations, or platform environments
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure migrations or platform upgrades independently
  • Strong technical credibility with ability to communicate clearly with engineering teams and leadership
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, and migration strategies
  • Experience with AWS cost optimization and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational risks proactively
  • Experience managing federal Significant Change Request (SCR) processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across distributed technical teams
  • Proficiency with Jira, ticket tracking systems, and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related field

Maximum Salary (US):  161000
Minimum Salary (US):  105000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
