Job Summary
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Agile PLM, spanning production support, enhancements, and project delivery including upgrades and migrations.
- Demonstrable functional and technical command of Oracle Agile PLM modules; Product Collaboration (PC) is mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Proven administration experience on Agile 9.3.x or above across the full administrative scope described above.
- Deep, hands-on customization experience with the Agile PLM SDK, PX development, Web Services, and events, supported by strong PL/SQL and web application skills.
- Practical server administration capability across Linux and Windows, including maintenance, restarts, and deployments.
- Demonstrated experience handling internal and external audits of PLM or comparable enterprise systems, including evidence preparation, auditor-facing walkthroughs, and remediation of findings.
- Extensive, current, hands-on Java development experience applied to Agile PLM extensions and Excel-based report generation, supported by advanced Excel capability with large, complex reports.
- Proven experience delivering PLM integrations with ERP (SAP) and other enterprise systems.
- Strong working knowledge of product lifecycle, manufacturing, and engineering processes, and of established industry PLM practices.
- Proven experience across the full delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, analysis, configuration, testing, business process mapping, functional implementation, and ongoing support.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with the judgment to make sound decisions under incomplete information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document designs and defend technical positions.
- Proven capacity to perform under sustained pressure and to manage multiple competing priorities without loss of quality.
Key Responsibilities
