Job Summary
You will drive the design of individual microservices and ensure code quality. You are expected to solve complex distributed system challenges and mentor junior developers.

Design and implement microservices architectures using Spring Cloud (Gateway, Config Server, Eureka/Consul).
• Optimize application performance (JVM tuning, memory leak analysis, query optimization).
• Implement asynchronous messaging workflows using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Secure APIs using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Containerize applications using Docker and write Kubernetes deployment manifests.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices (SOLID principles).
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures (Folder structure, Module separation).
• Manage complex global state using Redux Toolkit, MobX, or React Query.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize application speed (Lazy Loading, Memoization, minimizing Re-renders).
• Configure build tools (Webpack, Vite) and maintain the frontend CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement security best practices (XSS prevention, JWT handling, OAuth flows).
• Mentor junior developers and enforce strict coding standards (ESLint/Prettier).
Skill Requirements
Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with Microservices patterns (Circuit Breaker, Saga, CQRS).
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (or OpenShift).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and code quality tools (SonarQube).
• Strong database design skills (SQL and NoSQL knowledge).
Deep expertise in React Internals (Virtual DOM, Reconciliation, Fiber).
• Strong experience with TypeScript in strict mode.
• Proficiency in React Query / TanStack Query for server state management.
• Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) concepts is a plus.
• Ability to write complex Custom Hooks to abstract logic.
