Job Summary

Looking for an E2E Project/Program Manager for a top initiative that intersects with AI, Finance, Risk and Compliance.

Note: This is not a Scrum Team TPM lead but rather a Project/Program Manager who would manage delivery and execution at program level

1. Experience managing large scale programs/initiatives E2E

2. Experience setting up Program structures such as PMO. Help set up reporting structure, operating model and governance structure

3. Work with impacted platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple modernization efforts.

Extensive experience leading Risk and Compliance, knowledge of AI tools, Finance portfolio

4. Own, present and update roadmaps working closely with stakeholders

5. Create biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates

6. Expert leveraging JIRA Cloud, Confluence Cloud

7. Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge a plus

9. Amex Prior Experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
