Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the cCFS Network Insertion Program.
  • Manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee certification of billing, provisioning, and OAMP integrations.
  • Drive trunk migrations from G9 to Telco Bridge Gateways and rebuild/consolidate trunk groups.
  • Coordinate TDM circuit remapping and ongoing TDM‑to‑SIP conversion.
  • Manage cCFS point‑code advertisement and logical C20 integration.
  • Ensure operational training, updated SOPs, and readiness for all teams.
  • Implement standardized processes aligned with DevNetOps practices.
