Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Americas Technology Group (TG) under the Service 
Enablement Business Partner (SEBP) framework.
The resource will cover US hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and provide dedicated project coordination across 
New York (NYO), San Francisco (SFO), and Brazil (BRO) offices.
Eventually, this position will directly interface with Singapore (SPO) and London (LDO) staff for projects 
and coordination with global rollouts. 
The role will improve operational efficiency, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance alignment 
between regional business teams and global TG functions

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of all

Project Deep-Dives Analyze specific projects to identify issues, 
risks, and dependencies.
Issue logs, risk assessments, and 
action plans.
Meeting 
Management
Schedule, run, and document meetings; 
capture minutes and action items.
Meeting notes, action trackers, and 
follow-ups.
Communication & 
Updates
Send regular updates and chase resources 
to ensure progress.
Weekly summaries and escalation 
reports.
Escalation & 
Prioritization
Leverage Michael Nelkens’ support to 
escalate and prioritize projects.
Priority lists and resolution 
tracking.
Continuous 
Improvement
Identify process gaps and recommend 
improvements.
CI recommendations and 
implementation plans

Skill Requirements

 Offshore based project management role
• Aligned to US hours (9 AM–5 PM EST)
• Dedicated to Americas Technology Group (TG) under Americas SEBP SVP.
• Focused on project coordination, tracking, communication, and escalation
• Works across New York, San Francisco and Brazil locations
• Provides structured reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement support

Other Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of diverse project management experience in infrastructure, IT and security 
related areas.
• Proven experience managing RFI/RFP processes, lease contracts, and vendor negotiations for 
data center facilities.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, voice, networking, and cloud 
integration
