1. Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Field Logistics Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Field Logistics Consultant to design, implement, and deploy tailored logistics solutions for our Oil & Gas clients. You will drive supply chain visibility and manage the end-to-end flow of materials between base plants and remote sites (offshore/onshore).

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Configure and deploy SAP Field Logistics (the next-generation successor to SAP RLM) within S/4HANA to meet unique Upstream Oil & Gas requirements.
• Material Flow: Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including planning, packaging, cross-docking, shipping, and receiving of goods to and from remote sites.
• Asset & Stock Management: Oversee service procurement, returns, and maintenance repairs. Synchronize with Inventory Management (IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.

• Integration & Cross-Module: Ensure seamless integration of Field Logistics with core SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, EWM, and PM).
• Business Transformation: Lead workshops to understand business needs, map out functional specifications, and guide organizations through change management.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Field Logistics and/or SAP Remote Logistics Management (RLM).
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas field operations, remote site logistics, and base plant supply chains.
• Technical Acumen: End-to-end implementation experience within SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Soft Skills: Strong project leadership, budget control, and clear stakeholder communication.
