Job Summary

The Project Manager will own planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, delivery tracking, and risk management for the SAP SuccessFactors integration program. The role will lead a cross-functional team delivering a reusable, scalable, multi-tenant integration framework for HR, learning, credentials, skills, and evidence data exchange using SAP Integration Suite/CPI and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting across the lifecycle from mobilization to hypercare.
  • Coordinate the project team across Integration Architecture, SAP SF, CPI development, BTP security/Basis, testing, and change management.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment with Pearson business/product owners, technical SMEs, external partners, and HCLTech governance forums.
  • Control Phase 1 scope for Credly and Workforce by Credly while managing discovery dependencies for Phase 2 platforms.
  • Track key deliverables including architecture, mapping workbook, CPI package, configuration workbook, test reports, UAT sign-off, go-live, training, and handover packs.
  • Manage risks/issues across CPI, SuccessFactors, APIs, OAuth2, data mapping, event handling, monitoring, testing, and environments.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly governance, sprint ceremonies, program reviews, escalations, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee defect triage, UAT readiness, cutover planning, production rollout, and hypercare stabilization.

Skill Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise HR technology, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, or integration programs.
  • Experience managing teams across architects, consultants, developers, testers, security SMEs, and change stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Employee Central/User Profile, Skills/Competency, and Talent Intelligence Hub.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI, REST/OData APIs, Event Mesh/ENS, OAuth2, monitoring, retries, and transformation concepts.
  • Strong experience in phased delivery, agile governance, risk/dependency tracking, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
