  4. 5-10 years of experience, including as a Project Manager in any domain.
  5. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.
  6. Experience in stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  7. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality processes.
  8. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
  9. Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release management.
  10. Coordinate with customers, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  11. Monitor project metrics, identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation.
