Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Retail XStore POS programs, including implementation, upgrades, and store rollouts.Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate across business, architecture, development, QA, deployment, and support teams.Drive release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery milestones.Manage vendor, client, and leadership interactions and provide regular status reporting.Support resource planning, estimation, and roadmap execution for POS initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience managing Oracle Retail XStore POS programs and large-scale retail implementations.Good understanding of XStore architecture, store operations, POS deployments, and integrations.Experience managing distributed delivery teams across multiple workstreams.Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
