Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Front End application development programs. The role involves managing delivery, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and ensuring successful execution of scalable, responsive, and customer-facing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Front End development programs.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.Coordinate with UI/UX, Front End developers, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.Ensure adherence to coding, performance, accessibility, and security standards.Monitor program KPIs, delivery milestones, and issue escalations.Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.

Skill Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Program/Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of Front End technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience managing large-scale web and mobile application development programs.
  • Knowledge of API integration, responsive design, UI performance optimization, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-native web applications (AWS/Azure).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
