Job Summary

10+ years in Mortgage Technology, with at least 5+ years implementing and leading LOS solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Dark Matter LOS Empower Implementation Lead to lead enterprise mortgage transformation programs leveraging Dark Matter Empower LOS and AIVA (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant) solutions. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end LOS implementation, configuration, integration, workflow automation, and digital mortgage modernization initiatives.

The role is responsible for leading Empower LOS deployments, upgrades, and optimization efforts; managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance; and ensuring seamless integration with mortgage ecosystem platforms. The candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to streamline loan origination processes, improve borrower experience, and increase operational efficiency.

Experience implementing AIVA for AI-driven borrower engagement, automated communications, document collection, loan status updates, and self-service capabilities is essential. The candidate should also have experience integrating Empower with PPE, DU/LPA, credit bureaus, income and asset verification providers, CRM platforms, document management solutions, eClosing, eNote, and eVault platforms.

Strong knowledge of mortgage origination processes, regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, FHA, VA, FNMA, Freddie Mac), Agile delivery, and large-scale implementation programs is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
2. To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
3. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
4. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
