Job Summary

To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of experience, including as a Project Manager in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Strong technical background in C, C++, Embedded Linux and V&V.
  • Experience managing medical device software development and testing projects.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality processes.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including software, systems, V&V, and regulatory teams.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release management.
  • Coordinate with customers, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Monitor project metrics, identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation.
