  • This role will have to be Capability Unit centric with “Economic Utilization” as single success metric.
  • There will be several operational metrics that will be sub-set to the Economic Utilization metric that this role holder will have to drive (a) AFD redeployment (b) Bench ageing control (c) Upskilling drive (d) Skills & Profile update Unbilled & Unaccrued control (f) Familiar with Semi Chip/SoC development life cycle in the managed and turnkey programs
