Role Overview
The Bid Manager leads the end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex technology and IT services engagements, specifically supporting strategic clients including Alphabet/Google. This role demands ownership of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to craft compelling, compliant, and commercially optimized proposals that win in a competitive landscape.

🔹 Bid Strategy & Qualification
- Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit, financial viability, and delivery capability.
- Lead Go/No-Go decisions and define win themes and bid strategy.
🔹 Proposal Development
- Own the creation of high-quality proposals including solution design, pricing models, and executive summaries.
- Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ and proactive proposals with tailored content.
- Integrate P&L or Bid Pricing experience into bid modeling and commercial structuring.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, legal, and SMEs to gather inputs and align on solution narratives.
- Conduct solution workshops and client interactions, including engagements for Alphabet/Google, to articulate value propositions.
🔹 Process & Governance
- Ensure compliance with bid governance, timelines, and approval workflows.
- Maintain and enhance bid templates, knowledge repositories, and best practices.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in bid management for IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation engagements.
- Strong understanding of RFx processes, commercial modeling, solutioning, and P&L or Bid Pricing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exposure to Testing, DevOps, BPO, ASM, and Infra Support solutioning is a plus – Not mandatory
- Exposure to Google Cloud is a plus, especially for Google/Alphabet-aligned opportunities.
Other Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Technology, IT Services, or BPO services.
