Orchestrate cross‑functional bid teams across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and solutions to produce winning, commercially viable proposals.
Shape winning bid strategies, including value proposition, solution positioning, pricing models, and risk mitigation aligned to customer needs and competitive landscape.
Ensure commercial and contractual integrity, driving pricing governance, margin targets, deal approvals, and adherence to organizational policies.
Continuously improve bid effectiveness, leveraging win/loss analysis, reusable assets, and best practices to improve win rates, speed, and bid quality.
