Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and customer-centric Pre-Sales Bid Architect / Leader to lead solutioning efforts for customer RFXs and proactively drive EN business growth. This role requires deep expertise in interpreting customer requirements, storyboarding solution architectures, and orchestrating cross-functional solution teams. The ideal candidate will also engage existing customers to uncover and develop new opportunities for EN services.

Key Responsibilities

RFX Analysis & Solution Storyboarding

• Analyze customer RFXs to extract business and technical requirements.
• Develop high-impact solution architectures and delivery models.
• Create compelling storyboards that align with customer goals and EN value propositions. 

Solution Leadership

• Lead and direct solution architects and competency leads to build integrated, best-in-class solutions.
• Ensure technical coherence across infrastructure, applications, security, service management and service delivery.
• Architect the overall solution storyline for customer presentations and defence sessions.
• Ensure that the solution is AI first and highlights GenAI and Agentic capabilities which are in line with customer’s business requirements and have an impact to the TCO.
• Drive the creation of high-quality submission artefacts including solution decks, delivery models, and technical write-ups.
• Review and refine artefacts to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with win themes.
• Provide strategic direction during customer interactions, workshops, and defences

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Pre-Sales, Bid Architecture, and Solutioning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes including cloud, infrastructure, applications, and managed services.
• Strong experience and understanding of AI, GenAI and Agentic AI concepts, usage  and implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic thinking with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Experience in account mining and opportunity development for EN business.

Other Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech. (preferably Computer Science or IT Systems) graduate with Post Graduation in Business Management or MCA
• Experience working with EN business models and service offerings.
• Familiarity with global RFX processes and compliance standards.
• Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
