Is the transition from "prototype" to "production" seamless, or does it require significant rework by FTEs?Data Architecture & Metric DevelopmentDeliverable: Development of optimized SQL queries and the definition of core business metrics.Assessment: Logic accuracyVisualization & Executive DashboardsDeliverable: Creation of intuitive, high-fidelity dashboards (PLX Dashboards, Looker etc.).Assessment: User adoption rates and "time-to-insight." We look for dashboards that tell a story at a glance, requiring minimal explanation for executive stakeholders.System Health & ReliabilityDeliverable: Implementation of proactive alerts and comprehensive monitoring systems for data pipelines.Assessment: Reduction in "silent failures." Success is defined by the partner identifying and triaging data anomalies before the business stakeholders report them.Strategic Deep Dives (Good to Have)Deliverable: Ad-hoc forensic analysis of data to identify root causes of operational anomalies.Assessment: The ability to provide "The So What." We value partners who don't just find a data gap but provide a hypothesis on the operational cause (e.g., identifying a specific node in the supply chain causing lead-time lag).
