Job Summary

Job Description: Logistics Data AnalystLocation: Hanoi, VietnamJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst (TVC) to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, the TCC will be primarily responsible for supporting our transportation systems, driving automation development, and delivering actionable data insights. The TVC will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to execute system and automation projects according to established SOPs. Additionally, TVC will play a key role in supporting the wider transportation team through ad-hoc analysis and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Automation Support: Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of transportation systems and team automation initiatives.Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional internal stakeholders and external vendors on assigned system and automation projects or scopes, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.Ad-Hoc Data Analysis: Execute ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives as requested to support the strategic, operational, and troubleshooting needs of the Global Transportation team.Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline internal processes by leveraging AI tools, scripts, or automated workflows.Minimum QualificationsProven experience in data analysis, systems operations, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating large datasets.Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Looker (or similar BI platforms like Tableau/PowerBI).Strong system knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn complex data architectures and support technical troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hardware Operations.Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and enterprise data integration (e.g., EDI).Experience with workflow automation using tools like Google Apps Script, Python, or AI prompt engineering.Proven track record of successfully working within documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on complex projects.
