Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical and data management skills to support enterprise transformation and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in data migration projects, data quality assessments, reconciliation, and data design review activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Support data migration and system modernization initiatives.
  • Review logical and physical data models.
  • Validate source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using reporting tools.
  • Support testing, UAT, and post-migration validations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
