Job Summary

NPI / FW Technical Lead JD - 

Experience - 4+ years

Define and maintain architecture for NPI and firmware platform components
Translate platform requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches
Guide engineering teams in building and integrating platform capabilities
Ensure consistency of implementation across products, programs, and platforms
Define and enforce standards, patterns, and best practices for firmware development
Support integration of CI/CD pipelines, testing (including SIL/HIL), and release processes for firmware components
Work with DevOps Architect to ensure alignment across tools, infrastructure, and workflows
Support estimation, breakdown of work, and technical planning
