Job Summary

The Technical Specialist at HCL will be responsible for utilizing SQL, data analysis, and Python skills to support various projects and initiatives within the organization. The primary focus will be on data management, analysis, and providing technical solutions using these tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain sql databases and queries for data storage and retrieval.
2. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions.
3. Create scripts and programs using python to automate processes and optimize data workflows.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
5. Implement data quality measures and ensure data integrity across different systems.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sql, data analysis, and python to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sql for database management and query optimization.
2. Strong skills in data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets.
3. Experience in programming with python for data manipulation and automation.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
5. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate data interpretation.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in SQL, data analysis, or Python are a plus.
