Job Summary

The Test Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the testing efforts for project modules, ensuring that all deliverables meet client and internal quality standards. This position involves strategic planning, deployment, and management of testing workflows, utilizing Python and various automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Prepare Automated Test Scripts Using Python, Ensuring The Maintenance Of An Up-To-Date Test Case Suite And Test Environments.
2. Develop And Continuously Enhance Automated Tests In Python As New System Features And Enhancements Are Released, Creating Work Plans That Monitor And Track Schedules For Timely Delivery In Accordance With Established Quality Standards.
3. Create A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework In Python, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Test Data, And Submit Status Reports To Minimize Project Risks And Manage Escalations Effectively.
4. Guide, Mentor, And Develop Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Capabilities And Enhancing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements
