Join the dynamic Lloyds Bank Agentic Automation team as a Blue Prism Robotics Developer, where you'll collaborate closely with Automation Hubs across Lloyds Banking Group to govern, oversee, and assure the delivery of automation solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring automations align with established design standards, architectural principles, security requirements, and best practices. Working with development teams and business stakeholders, you'll review solution designs, provide technical guidance, and validate that appropriate testing, controls, and documentation have been completed prior to production deployment. Your role will also include participation in working groups, showcasing automation capabilities, monitoring compliance with governance standards, and producing reports, dashboards, and assurance documentation to support the safe and scalable adoption of automation across the Group. Ideal candidates will be skilled in Blue Prism and have strong automation experience.

 

Responsibilities

- Support automation hubs move through the Route to Live, identifying any design flaws and deployment risks

- Support issue and incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution

- Assist with change impact assessments

- Develop solutions to automate internal processes

- Diagnose, raise, and resolve issues impacting robotic performance and automation

 

Desired Qualifications

- Highly proficient accredited BluePrism RPA Developer (minimum developer level)

- Experience in MS Power Automate

- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Great attention to detail

- Some programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages

- Proficiency in Excel formulae, VBA, and HTML is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design blueprism solutions.
2. Develop, test, and implement blueprism processes to automate manual tasks and streamline operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to blueprism processes and solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate blueprism solutions with existing systems.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the efficient use of blueprism solutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest blueprism features and enhancements to suggest improvements in existing processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in blueprism development and implementation.
2. Strong knowledge of rpa concepts and best practices.
3. Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for automation.
4. Ability to design efficient blueprism solutions that align with business objectives.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

1.Blue Prism Developer Certification is preferred.
